Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
It is possible to keep your luggage during our business hours, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., at Nagasaki Check In Center on the 2nd floor of Coruscant Hotel I. Please note that we won't be able to do so before and after business hours.
What is my check-in code?
We usually send the check-in code by e-mail when your reservation is completed.
Do I need to fill out the guest information beforehand?
If the form has not been filled out before your arrival, you will be required to submit all the information directly on-site. We recommend you to provide the guest information before your arrival for a smooth and quick check-in procedure.
Is it possible to check in early?
We usually do not accept check-in before 4 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-In : From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-Out: Before 10 a.m.
Is it possible to extend the check-out time?
Late check-out fee is 1,000 yen per hour. Please contact the Check In Center by 8:00 p.m. of the previous day if you wish to extend the check-out time as we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on reservation status on the day.
Is it possible to pay with cash?
If you would like to pay with cash, please come to our Check In Center during our business hours* before your check in. The Check In Center is located on the second floor of Coruscant Hotel I. *Check In Center Buisiness Hours : From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Is it possible to extend my stay?
It may depend on reservation status on the day. Advance payment is required for extra nights, so please make sure to pay in advance if you wish to extend your stay. Please note that we cannot accept extra nights until payment is completed.
Is there a daily cleaning service?
Daily cleaning will not be provided at this hotel. Guests who stay for 4 nights or more, from the viewpoint of hygiene management, we offer simple cleaning (changing towels and bed sheets) every three days. If you would like us to do regular cleaning, 3,000 yen will be charged per cleaning.
Can you collect trash in the room?
Please let us know your preferred date and time.

Is there any cancellation policy?
If you do not check-in without notice (no-show), your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be made. The cancellation policy differs for each accommodation plan, so please check the reservation website for details.
Is it possible to add more people to stay?
The number of guests can be added up to the maximum capacity of each room. There will be an additional charge of 1,000 yen per person per night. Please contact us in advance if you wish to add the number of guests.
Is there a parking lot at the hotel?
There is no free parking lot at the hotel. Please use the coin operated parking lots nearby.

Our hotel has only one private parking space, thus the accomodation plan with parking lot is limited to one group per day. Guests who need to occupy the parking lot are advised to make reservations as early as possible.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Is there a laundry?
All rooms are equipped with washing machine and a bag of detergent is available in the room. You may use the drying function in the bathroom to dry your laundry.
Is it possible to smoke at the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building including the room and common areas. Please note that there is no smoking area at the hotel. If you smoke in the hotel, you may be asked to leave the room, banned for future reservations, or fined for 20,000 yen according to the hotel policy.

Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew at our hotel. Guests can enter and exit the building with your card key anytime. The entrance is locked automaticcally so please rest assured .

Great location, just a minute walk from the east exit of Nagasaki Station! We are located right across the pedestrian bridge from the station.
